Delivery Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location and the availability of the items ordered. Local deliveries within Lagos usually take 1–3 business days, while deliveries to other states in Nigeria may take 3–7 business days. International deliveries may take longer depending on the courier service and customs clearance.
Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your package’s progress until it reaches you.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and package weight. Occasionally, we offer free shipping on select orders or promotional campaigns.
Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your package on the first attempt, they may contact you to arrange a new delivery time. If a delivery attempt fails after multiple tries, the package may be returned to our warehouse. Additional charges may apply for reshipment.
Damaged or Missing Packages

Eligibility for Returns

Return Process

Refunds

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost once we receive the returned product.
